Brent Anderson teaches a Mat workout focused on using the breath to find free space in the body. He encourages you to notice and appreciate how breath can change the way you initiate each exercise depending on where you are directing the breath in your body. Brent will have you sing, buzz, and even play a fun game of Red Light, Green Light to get you to use your breath consistently and correctly during the class.
