Polestar Faculty member Sheri Betz teaches a Mat workout for fit older adults who have osteoporosis and want to promote better bone health. Her class is especially focused on thoracic and hip extension. You will see modifications for the traditional Mat exercises, and can substitute a broomstick with rubber stoppers instead of the Pilates Pole. Find your balance, leg strength, and posture with this wonderful class!
