Elizabeth Larkam is back with one of her favorite new classes she calls "Sequencing for Success - the Reformer Star." This sequence uses lateral translation and many side lying exercises to help organize the body in preparation for Star. We hope you enjoy this in depth and thorough full body workout. Elizabeth is using the Allegro 2 Reformer, however, if you have a different Reformer, her models are using Studio Reformers to demonstrate.
