Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle - Fascial Dog Series (30 mins) - Level 2




Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle teaches a flow sequence she calls the Fascial Dog Series. By asking your body what it needs, you will find ways to energize your body. Wendy teaches each phase of the sequence and then shows how you can flow through the entire sequence without stopping. Wendy was featured in the July/August issue of Pilates Style Magazine. Sharon Gallagher-Rivera - Wunda Chair Class (60 mins) - Level 3




Sharon Gallagher is back with a challenging Wunda Chair workout. She focuses on staying grounded in the feet and the pelvis to achieve a lift in the rest of the body. Follow along with her clear cues for fun and creative exercises and variations.











Risa Sheppard - Fletcher Mat Class (50 mins) - Level 2




Risa Sheppard teaches a Mat workout that she used to do at Ron Fletcher's studio in the 70s. She uses percussive breathing to create a pulse in the body and to help facilitate the movements. This class will make you feel like you are dancing.











Meredith Rogers - Reformer Workout (40 mins) - Level 2




This is a great class for when you don't have a lot of time but want a quick workout on the Reformer. Meredith teaches a simple class that works your entire body. Her class is a great reminder of how great it feels to move on the equipment.











Kelli Burkhalter Hutchins - Kelli Burkhalter Hutchins (40 mins) - Level 2/3




Kelli Burkhalter Hutchins joins Pilates Anytime to teach a Wunda Chair workout that allows you to find your inner dancer. She includes challenging and fun exercises like Head Press, Low Frog, a couple variations of Swan, and more. You will build strength as you flow through these wonderful movements. This class was filmed in Colorado at The Pilates Center. You can join Amy Taylor Alpers, Rachel Taylor Segel, and the rest of the students who were in attendance.

You will improve your posture after taking this Mat class with Amy. She works the upper back and arms using the Theraband to give you assistance. Your body will feel wonderful after this class.











Niedra Gabriel - Spine Corrector Workout (30 mins) - Level 2/3




Niedra teaches a workout on the Spine Corrector inspired by the Matwork. She shows you how you can use the arc to open up areas that are tight in your body. She also demonstrates how you can create more of a challenge and get deeper into your powerhouse.











Kyria Sabin - Fletcher Towel Work? (30 mins) - Level 2




Kyria Sabin teaches a Fletcher Pilates Towel workout that will open your chest and bring a lift to your entire body. By using the towel as an extension of the body, you will find your shoulder imbalances and create more range of motion. Your shoulders will feel great by the end of the class.











Meredith Rogers - Reformer Workout (50 mins) - Level 2/3




Meredith works your full body in her free flowing Reformer class. She uses the Baby Arc to create mobility in the spine and then moves into more challenging exercises including Control Balance, Jack Knife, Snake, and more. This class will make you feel longer and stronger.
